AIR AMS- HOW TO UPDATE AN INCORRECT MAWB ?

If we create an Air AMS and later on we realize the MAWB was incorrect or the carrier changed it, you have 2 options:

1. Upload the file again with the new prefix. Then cancel the MAWB with the incorrect prefix

2. Clone the MAWB and assign a new prefix.  Send to CBP as Add.  Cancel the MAWB with the incorrect prefix
