Entry Type 86 upload template & guide

To download the Entry Type 86 template file and the guide:
  1. Click on the "Upload" button
  2. Under ABI Type 86 option, click on the "Template" button to download the template
  3. Click on the "Guide" button to download the guide
You can use the template to input your data and upload it to the system, The guide will have more info on each data field.
