Cancel and change AMS Air eManifest

Cancel AMS Air eManifest and submit again as a "Change"

To cancel your AMS Air eManifest submission:
  1. Select the HAWBs you would like to cancel (or you can cancel all HAWBs under the Master as well)
  2. Select "Cancel" under actions (next to "Send Manifest" button)
  3. Once the action changed to "Cancel", select the HAWBs and click "Send Manifest" to send to CBP
  4. Once your entry has been cancelled by CBP, you can change any data and resubmit it again
To change your AMS Air eManifest data and submit it as a "Change":
  1. Change any fields (except MAWB and HAWB numbers) you would like to change
  2. Select the HAWBs you would like to submit as a "Change"
  3. Select "Change" under actions (next to "Send Manifest" button)
  4. Once the action changed to "Change", select the HAWBs and click "Send Manifest" to send to CBP
