Warehouses can check the CBP status of any AWB in their warehouse by submitting FSN (Freight Status Notification) to CBP. It is an electronic notification of the release or transfer of the cargo. You can also view if any shipments are on hold or an inspection is required by CBP.

To send FSN to CBP:

1. Select Freight Status Notification (FSN) (fourth option) under the menu bar on the top left and click on “Create”
   
2. This option allows you to create your FSN by inputting data such as AWB Prefix, AWB number, flight details (e.g. airline, destination)and selecting a date
   
3. Also select whether you are arriving bonded cargo, transferring bonded cargo or exporting bonded cargo
   
4. Then you can click on “Create & Send”
