Create FSQ (Freight Status Query)

Warehouses can check the CBP status of any AWB in their warehouse by submitting an FSQ (Freight Status Query) to CBP.

To send FSQ to CBP:

  1. Select Freight Status Query (FSQ) (third option) under the menu bar on the top left and click on “Create”
  2. This option allows you to create your Status Query by inputting AWB Prefix, AWB number, and/or the House AWB number
  3. Then you can select your request (one out of 6 available request status code options)
