To submit a high volume of shipments, you can use our Upload CSV option.

To download the CSV template or guide:

1. Select “ACE Air eManifest History” (second option) from the menu bar on the left-hand side
   
2. Click on the “Upload CSV” button on the top right  
   
3. There will be 2 buttons: you can download the CSV template (you can use this to upload your data) or you can download the guide which will have more info/details on the data element 

Once your file is ready, you can click on the “Air AMS + Type 86” button/box which will allow you to upload your data.

Here are the steps for uploading your CSV file:

1. Click on “Air AMS + Type 86” button/box
   
2. Select the “Upload data from file” option
   
3. Ensure mapping is done correctly (if the file fields are mapped correctly, then you can scroll down and click “Review”)
   
4. The mapping tool allows you to use a different CSV file format and you can map your columns using this mapping tool feature. By clicking “confirm mapping”, the system will remember your mapping selection, so next time you will not need to go through the same mapping process
   
5. After clicking “Review”, you will see a table with your uploaded data
   
6. You can click on “Only show rows with problems”, which will allow you to quickly see if you have any missing or inaccurate data (you can quickly fix the issues on this table (don’t need to go back to your CSV file) and you can view your modifications by clicking on “Show modifications”)
   
7.  Once you completed the data validation stage, you can click on “Continue” and select “yes”
   
8. You should now see your uploaded data in the “ACE Air eManifest History” table under the “Draft” status
   
9. You can select the ones you would like to submit to CBP by checking the box next to AWB numbers or you can check the “Select All” box on the top left
   
10. Once you selected your entries, you can click on “Send Manifest” on the top right, which will allow you to send your eManifest as an “Add” (original/first submission) to CBP
    
11. You can also modify some data elements on the eManifest that have been sent to CBP and submit it them again by selecting “Change”, then “Send Manifest” options on the top right
    
12. Please note that late filing to CBP must be sent first as a “change” if the flight has already arrived
    
13. You can also cancel your eManifest by selecting “Cancel” and “Send Manifest”
