ISF 10 upload template & guide

To download the ISF 10 template file and the guide:
  1. Click on the "Upload" button
  2. Under ISF 10 option, click on the "Template" button to download the template
  3. Click on the "Guide" button to download the guide
You can use the template to input your data and upload it to the system, The guide will have more info on each data field.
