Setup Email Notifications

You can setup the email notifications to receive updates on your submissions (e.g. you can receive an email with CBP responses).

To setup an email notification:

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner and select “Profile”
  2. You will see your profile details and your email address
  3. Select Type of Notifications “FSC” (Freight Status Condition), “FER” (Freight Error Report), “FSN” (Freight Status Notification) you would like to receive
