To view your FSN Request History:

1. Select Freight Status Notification (FSN) (fourth option) under the menu bar on the top left and click on “Request History”
   
2. This option allows you to view the FSNs you sent to CBP
   
3. You can select your date range and use “Airway Bill” filter to look up specific airway bills
   
4. Once you have your FSN history data, you can view the EDI by clicking on the “EDI” button

View your FSN Response:

After submitting the FSN, warehouses will receive a response from CBP, which also includes “1C – Release” notification.  FSN messages are also received automatically from CBP.

To view your FSNs:

1. Select Freight Status Notifications (FSN) (fourth option) under the menu bar on the top left and click on “Response”
   
2. This option allows you to view CBP responses for your FSNs
   
3. You can select your date range and use the “Airway Bill” filter to look up specific airway bills
   
4. You can also use the filters in the table (e.g. can filter out the info based on “Status Notification” or other available options)
   
5. Notifications will inform you if your shipments have been released or on hold (if any shipments need CBP inspection)
   
6. There is also an option view the EDI (click on the “EDI” button)
