View FSQ History and Responses

To view your FSQ Request History:

  1. Select Freight Status Query (FSQ) (third option) under the menu bar on the top left and click on “Request History”
  2. This option allows you to view the FSQs you sent to CBP
  3. You can select your date range and use “Airway Bill” filter to look up specific airway bills
  4. You can also view the EDI, by clicking on the “EDI” button

To view your FSQ Response: 

​After submitting the FSQ, warehouses will receive back an FSC (Freight Status Condition) message in response to the FSQ message. To view the FSC message:
  1. Select Freight Status Query (FSQ) (third option) under the menu bar on the top left and click on “Response”
  2. This option allows you to view CBP responses for your FSQs
  3. You can select your date range and use the “Airway Bill” filter to look up specific airway bills
  4. You can also use the filters in the table (e.g. can filter out the info based on “Status Message” or other available options)
  5. There are the 10 possible FSC messages returned to the warehouse
  6. There is an option to view the EDI as well (click on the “EDI” button)
