What to do if i don't have 1C status on AIR?

First, we have to verify we have the flight details (FDM) which is the FSC 10 message. 

We have these 3 options to trigger the 1C's:

1. Send an FSQ/02 or an FSQ/04 

2. Send the T86 as an Update 

3. Send the AMS as a Change
