What does the Flight Not Departed event means?
The Flight Not Departed event means that the airline has not sent the Flight Departure Message (FDM)
In an Split Shipment, if the port entered is different from what the airline declared we'll get this status.
For you to not have this status can:
1. Contact the airline so they can try to send the FDM again if this was already sent.
2. Send an FSQ/01 to confirm flight details and verify port information or the date in any case.
